Due to COVID-19 order processing and delivery may take longer than usual. Thanks for your patience and stay safe!
Orders are shipped and delivered anywhere in Canada in 2 to 5 business days. Due to COVID-19, you may experience delays with your order. An additional fee of $15 will be added to orders under $100 before taxes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an online tracking number to follow your order.
We do accept returns on every product, even on discounted products. For any returns request, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll send you a return label.
How does it work?
1. Email us at email@example.com with a photo, reason of the return, your mailing address, name and phone number.
2. We will send you a return label so that you can send us back the product. You must make sure to mail the package with the delivery service from which we will identify you.
IMPORTANT. You must absolutely return the product in its original, labeled packaging. The returned product must not have been worn. You have 30 days to return the product.
3. Upon receipt of your returned product, we will issue a refund. If you want another size or color, you can place a new order. Be aware that most of our products are samples or close out, quantities and sizes are limited.
RETURN FEES. We will deduct $ 15 + tax from your refund amount to cover the cost of the return.
Products offered by Endurance Rack are warranted in the event of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 180 days. For warranty claims, contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you have your proof of purchase.
